Course Training Style Change

Participants have the option to change their course training style (e.g., from Self-Paced to Hybrid) once, subject to availability and at the discretion of Everyday Life. Requests for training style change must be made within 6 months of the original purchase date.

Completion Timeframe

All training products must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase. We encourage participants to take advantage of the training resources and complete the program within this timeframe to maximize the benefits and learning outcomes.

Case-by-Case Consideration

Requests for exceptions or modifications to this policy outside of the specified terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Everyday Life values customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to find suitable resolutions for any exceptional circumstances.

In such cases, participants will be notified in advance, and alternative arrangements, including transfer of enrollment or credit towards future training programs, may be offered.

Intellectual Property Rights

All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and resources, provided by Everyday Life are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or sharing these materials without prior written consent from Everyday Life.

Modifications to the Policy

Everyday Life reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will become effective immediately upon posting.
